To get the best experience from our premium candles, we recommend the following instructions below:

1. Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the
container to prevent "tunnelling".

2. Trim the candle wick before each use to 1/4 inches

3. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

4. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

5. Place candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects before
lighting.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 or  $9.90 (Outside
Canterbury) and  $7.00 (within Canterbury) flat rate on all other orders
New Zealand Wide. Surcharges applies to Saturday delivery options and rural
addresses.

All orders made before 12pm will be processed the next business day.

All orders from the South Island will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

All orders from the North Island will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

*Some rural deliveries may take longer.

Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

Lost Parcels 

LT Crafts will not be responsible for lost parcels. While we ensure that we
get your orders safely to you, please make sure that you have provided us with
the correct shipping address.

We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving
your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also
need the receipt or proof of purchase. T's & C's apply.
